Pre-Audit Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in The Accessible Site website accessibility audit service.
This questionnaire is used to scope the size and complexity of your website(s) so we can provide you with a time and cost estimate for your Accessible Website audit. Any omissions or errors may lead to added costs or delays at a later stage. Please answer all questions in as much detail as possible. When completing the form, please refer to the We Are Accessible logo policy, which we have supplied as an appendix at the end of this page
Once completed please send the questionnaire to us at webaccess@rnib.org.uk. We will provide you with time and cost estimates within 5 working days of receipt. On occasion, it is useful and time effective for both parties to meet to discuss large and/or complex sites in more detail at this scoping stage. If this is the case, we will contact you shortly to arrange a meeting, for which no charge will be made.
